5-Week 200ft SKATING (LINEAR FRONT STRIDE & LINEAR CROSSOVERS) Program
**THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN FOR MALE & FEMALE ATHLETES**
This program will be a 5-session 10-hour program (over 5 weeks) of LINEAR FRONT STRIDE AND LINEAR CROSSOVER movement training. This program is for the athlete who would like to touch the ice WEEKLY and focus on improving their linear front stride and linear crossovers.
200FT SKATING PROGRAM
-Improve Posture, Mechanics, and Movement Efficiency in your LINEAR FRONT STRIDE
-5 Weeks 2 Hour sessions per week format
-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with Progressive Development
-Certified, Energetic, Professional PS Coaches
-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive DETAILED Feedback and CORRECTION
-4-1 Player to Coach Ratio, Maximum 12 Players on the Ice
-Wear the Gear! Free PS Jersey and Socks
-Use the Method like our +350 NHL players
