1-WEEK Hybrid PS and SAM Program - Summer 2024

1-WEEK Perfect Skating and Small Area Movement Program 

                   **THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN FOR MALE & FEMALE ATHLETES**

This program will be a 1-WEEK 10-hour program of on-ice movement training. There will be one hour of Perfect Skating to improve posture, mechanics, and movement efficiency, followed by one hour of Small Area Movement to improve skill, agility, and evasive skating to create time and space with and without the puck. 

A total of 12 athletes are accepted (4 to 1 Coaching Ratio)

- Improve posture, mechanics, and movement efficiency

- Improve Movement, Skill, and Agility for creating time and space with and without the puck

- Improve decision-making with the puck and learn to evade defenders

-1 Week 2 Hours a Day Format 

-Complete On-Ice Movement Asymmetry Analysis

-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with an emphasis on anticipating and dictating movement, timing, and skills

-Certified, Energetic, and Professional PS Coaches

-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Detailed Feedback

-4-1 Player to Coach Ratio, Maximum 12 Players on the Ice

-Wear the Gear!  Free PS Jersey and Socks

-Use the Method like our +350 NHL players

Program Investment: $650 + HST
