The Perfect Skating Program is how we start off the summer with all of our NHL clients. The program focuses on joint mobility, joint stability, and whole body alignment. It allows athletes to feel their body and correct asymmetries of their on-ice movement.
The SAM Program is where we combine the individual movements in our Perfect Skating Program to create movement patterns specific to position. Speed and skill of the patterns are highlighted in small areas of the game leading to an increase in loose puck recoveries, possession time, and ultimately to more scoring opportunities!
